Zahira, the newest restaurant by Australian-Lebanese Michelin-starred chef Greg Malouf at the H Hotel, hosts a newly launched autumn Friday Brunch.
We are pleased to list this new brunch menu which includes new seasonal additions – it is a seven course imaginative and original feasting menu curated by Chef Greg himself.
Served from 13.00 to 16.00 each Friday, guests may choose seven dishes for the table with great pairing options to suit diners’ needs.
Experience “an elevated take on traditional Levantine dishes”, as Malouf puts it, starting with the mezze such as the silky hummus with sautéed spiced beef and almonds or the delicious burrata with foul mudammas or even the halloumi & fontina cheese fondue with oregano. For mains try the Wagyu beef skewered with pearl onions, eggplant and Hungarian peppers or the duck bisteeya sweet spices and almonds on white cabbage salad.
This brunch is to be enjoyed with friends or with family, one original luxe brunch not to be missed.
